A Different Relish Dish

My friend Joan and I were on our way to meet up with our other two travel buddies for dinner and couple of weeks ago and we decided to make a couple of stops on the way to do a little antiquing. I found this relish dish at one of the stores and had to have it, the booth must have been closing because everything was half price, I got this cute plate for $4.75, its not old enough to be an antique but I  thought having the deviled egg section in the dish was a bit unusual.

It wasn't in a box but I'm wondering if maybe it was made by Anchor Hocking, let me know if you've seen a plate similar to this one and what you know about it..

I've never seen a relish tray with a special deviled egg section. This is an unusual piece and I'll bet that you'll soon use it for a dinner or party on your porch.

I HAVE THIS SAME DISH!!! Only mine is an ugly, drab green. :-( I bought it for my DD, thinking it would go with her Depression glass, but it doesn't & she didn't like it. I've never used it.
I sure would like mine better if it was pretty clear glass, like yours.

I do think it might be Anchor Hocking, although mine doesn't have any markings. It just "FEELS" like their style.

It will look pretty with celery sticks, olives, baby carrots & of course, HB EGGS!
Or you could just fill it with COOKIES!! LOL

I've never seen one like it, but I think the style is wonderful and so useful.

I have never seen a serving plate like this, it's so unique. I make deviled eggs all the time too (see my blog for recipe), this would be so cute with the eggs and an assortment of veggies and fruits, as it looks like the plate has sections! What a lovely find! Enjoy!
