Tassel Making

Susan at Between Naps on the Porch is having a giveaway in conjunction with Angela at Tassel House.
I love the beautiful Tassels that Angela creates, they are filled with such whimsy.  Stop over and sign up for this fabulous giveaway. Tassel House Giveaway  Here are a couple of examples of Angela's work, I'm such a sucker for bunnies, aren't these just too cute?

Speaking of tassels....have you ever made any?  I'm always so inspired when I see a beautiful tassel.  I have several in my home but none that I've ever created.  I have a basement filled with good intentions and great supplies but as to date not one tassel has seen the light of day from all those bags of trims.  I study the different tutorials that I've found on the net, go out and gather supplies and then.....nothing.  I mean not even one attempt.

I wish I could say that this is the only project that I have aging in my craft room but the truth is I could probably open a small craft store with what is down there.  I guess I should have made a New Year's resolution to finish/start some of these projects.  Do you suffer from this craft project good intension syndrome?

  8. Yes, yes, yes. I sometimes spend more time stewing about a project that it would take to actually do it.
I have a couple of Angela's tassels in my home. I also have the supplies, watched the tutorials and thought I could do that.
Maybe we should have a party call "Shake Your Tassel".
Everybody make a tassel and post it on the party. What do you think. That's the only way I will ever finish one.
    Hugs, Ginger
