My sister-in-law arrived from Florida on Saturday to spend the holidays in the froze tundra with us. This was the table I set for us for Sunday dinner. Not a complicated table but I wanted to use the new cardinal plates that my friend Sheila had given me this holiday season. It's pretty simple but I thought I would share this little entry during this one of the busiest weeks of the year.
These beautiful Cardinal plates sit atop my everyday creamy white dinner plates which in turn sits on a grapevine wreath. The flatware is my favorite pattern from Pottery Barn Maxfield Hotel.
For the centerpiece I used an amaryllis and paperwhite that I placed in paint buckets and covered with a little spanish moss. Couldn't be more simple.
Silver belles on each chair were from the dollar store, I was planning to place them in pine branches but time......ya know????
So this is my little Sunday evening table.
