The piles of snow are mostly gone but as you can see everything still has a coat of the white stuff today along with the ice.
So tomorrow I'm heading south where spring is said to be alive and blooming. I'll be working on a Habitat home in New Orleans for a week and I sure hope that by the time I return home we have some sign of spring.
See you in April!

Have a safe trip to New Orleans. You are very generous to work for Habitat for a week. I'm sure that the recipient of the home will appreciate the hard work that you and the others put into their new home. I hope you'll take lots of pictures to share!
I've got spring all ready for you down here. Have a safe trip. See ya Tuesday!!!!
Spring was here and then it was gone!!!! And then back again and gone again!
Thanks for visiting Linderhof.
Miss Char,
YES! Spring has "teased" us quite enough this year. This weekend it's cold and dreary on the prairie! Enjoy your "get away", you'll be missed. Come back to us refreshed and renewed!
Fondly,
Pat
Thank you so much for dropping in.. I'm just now getting around to visiting! Love the photo, ours could look like that any day between now and spring. Can't wait to see the photos when you get back. Thanks for dropping in with your very kind comments.
It's spring here in Georgia. Come on down! But I warn you, it never lasts long.
Wow! Sounds like a great trip! You will have to share with us when you get back!
Such a wonderful thing to do.. hope you enjoy your trip.. sure will enjoy the weather.. hope it is not hot, but still will be better than the ice.
Hey girl (I tried to send you an email but it came back???) anyway, last weekend I took these photos and thought of you several times and hope you enjoy seeing a little peek at our Spring here in SC https://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=46286&id=119329741423457&l=ed0a1fbc76
Winter has really been long this year. I know everyone is so tired of it. How fun to go work on a house, I can't wait to see the pics. Have a great trip. Hugs, Marty
